These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Doyle's Professional Services ("we," "us," or "our"), a residential exterior cleaning company based in Mountain Top, Pennsylvania. By requesting a quote, booking a service, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

We provide exterior cleaning services including window cleaning, gutter cleaning, house washing, pressure washing, and roof cleaning. Quotes are estimates based on the information provided and may be adjusted after an on-site assessment. Scheduling is subject to availability and weather conditions.

Text Message (SMS) Program Terms

By providing your mobile phone number to Doyle's Professional Services — for example, when you request a quote or book a service — you agree to receive service-related text messages from us at that number. These may include appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, service reminders, and seasonal maintenance reminders.

• Consent: Message consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service activity.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and will stop sending text messages to that number. To rejoin, reply START.

• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods indicated on your invoice. Late or unpaid balances may be subject to follow-up and collection.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. We may reschedule services affected by weather or safety conditions at no penalty to you.

Limitation of Liability

We perform our services with reasonable care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or conditions not caused by our work.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
